Okay, so I have a friend. She's got a boyfriend. Her boyfriend admitted to me today that he loves me, and tried to kiss me MULTIPLE times. I allowed the cheek, no lips...But my friend is falling for him, and I don't want either of them to be hurt...What do I do?

I just made a great social networking site. I ask people how to make it so that more people will want to join and/or stay on. They say to make your site and its features great. I think mine already are. The problem is that it looks like a ghost town. How do I make people want to join in and stay on when it looks like their time may be wasted or because it is a ghost town
